When KDC Consultants, Inc. acquired Area Survey and Certified Survey, we took full custody of their complete survey record archives. These records cover properties throughout the greater Chicago area and Illinois, with some surveys dating back approximately 50 years.
If you are a homeowner, attorney, title company, or developer who needs a historic survey from either company, we can locate it. In many cases, having an existing survey on file can save you the cost of a new survey.
